General Conditions

BOOKINGS, CONTRACTS AND CANCELLATIONS

These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you as a client (the “Client”) place a booking via www.leisureyachts.gr or info@leisureyachts.gr, third party agent(s), web platforms, and related pages. Detailed contact information and other information about LEISURE YACHTS are set forth on the Website.

In order to contract with our company, the Client must accept the General Conditions. By accepting the General Conditions, the Client undertakes to comply with the General Conditions in its entirety and acknowledges that he/she has read the information on personal data and cookies and consents to the use according to LEISURE YACHTS Privacy Policy set forth here.

The Customer must be minimum 18 years old to book or/and contract our company. LEISURE YACHTS do not, in accordance with Greek and EU law, accept any credit purchases to persons below 18 years of age. LEISURE YACHTS reserves the right to deny or change a Client’s booking (e.g. if the Customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has any record for non-payment of debt).

Bookings are accepted on the basis that the details provided by the Customer are accurate and true. 

The Agreement between you and Leisure Yachts will only be formed when the written confirmation of the booking is dispatched. The charter rate balance payment, if any, is payable 7 Days before embarkation. Should you book less than one week before departure then the full rate of the charter is payable upon booking.

In case you request to alter the booking, LEISURE YACHTS will try to arrange alterations, but may have to charge an administration fee. If no alternative can be arranged the original Agreement will stand.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received prior to the departure date and will be effective on the date it is received by us together with all travel documents by then issued to you.

This Website is not intended for children and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children. By using this Website you confirm that you are over the age of 18; if you are aged under 16 you must seek your parent's/guardian's permission beforehand and without this consent you are not allowed to provide us with information yet in the event that you do, we will cease to process it as soon as we find out.

LEISURE YACHTS shall have no liability in case of image or typographical errors of the services on the Website, e.g. errors in the yachts’ description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments. LEISURE YACHTS is entitled to rectify any such errors and, at any time, to change or update the information.  Unless otherwise expressly stated, photos, videos, specifications and graphics of yachts and services are merely indicative and non-binding sand shall be considered solely as illustrations. Such illustrations do not guarantee to reproduce the exact appearance of the yachts; reliance on website information for any purpose is strictly on user's responsibility. Yachts and services offered are described in written offer statement provided by Leisure Yachts in response to inquiry for products and / or services placed with us and nothing on this website constitutes advice, nor does the transmission, downloading or sending of any information create any contractual relationship. Prices and indications as to the availability of yachts, services, captains and crew on this website are given for guidance purposes only.

Reasonable effort is made to maintain website information updated and correct but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any loss or damages or expenses including without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property or claims by third parties howsoever arising in connection with the copying or use of any information or material contained in or referred to on this website or otherwise from the use of this website (including without limitation information in respect of the yachts and crews described on this website).
