Your privacy is important to Leisure Yachts. Leisure Yachts shall process your personal data in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and Greek National Law 4624/2019. We will collect your personal identification information only if you voluntarily submit such information to us in order to satisfy your requests and charter plans, to provide information for products and services and to serve you in the best way. Whenever additional information is requested you will be notified accordingly.
For example, following the successful booking of a yacht chartering agreement, we keep in our records and process the following data:
Name, Email, Mobile number, Passport, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, VAT number and Address.
Non-personal identification data
We may collect your non-personal identification data about Users whenever you interact with our Site. Non-personal identification data may includes the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about your means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

- Operational & Contractual Requirements for a)for the purpose of entering into or performing any contractual agreement with you and fulfilling the contractual obligations arising thereof and providing the services you request through the website or direct communication with our personnel, for the receipt of which the use or / and process is required, e.g. online bookings of charter arrangements; (b) for the purpose of promoting the services provided from Leisure Yachts and especially through website; and (c) for the purposes of the provision of personalized services and the facilitation of the service execution process, aiming to the facilitation of the client and / or ensuring that the content of the website is presented to the most effective way for you and your devices.
- Legal Requirements imposed by regulations in force, as for the purposes of notification and registration which we are obliged to perform in compliance with legislative conditions for conducting the activity of yacht chartering and of concluding charter agreements.
- Other Legitimate Interest, as for the purpose of optimizing our product or service mix to provide you with services best-suited to your preferences, assessing your satisfaction from our services and from the yacht that you chartered, improving our website content, improving our business processes, marketing efforts, products and services.

We may receive personal data of yours from third parties such as your cooperating yacht sales broker or yacht charter broker or travel agency as when you will be placing an inquiry or order for our products or services through them.

By visiting and browsing our websites, we may automatically collect statistical and technical data that can identify your device and town but not you as a person (such as your location, IP address, usage data, browser data). I n general we do not associate IP addresses with any other data held by third parties and we do not link or seek to link an IP address with the identity of device user. We collect this personal data by using server logs, cookies and data analytics technologies and services provided by third party suppliers.
When following us on social media, the collection, processing, storage and use of your information is the responsibility of the social media provider, subject to the Privacy Policy of the respective social media platform. We can view information that you share via the social media platforms and platform providers provide us with analytics tools which we use for informational and marketing analysis purposes.
Should you be chartering a yacht, it is also possible that we may automatically collect yacht coordinates tracking information mainly for safety and emergency handling purposes but also so as to enhance the level of charter base service level you receive.

In particular, according to the provisions of the Law 2472/1997 and the Law 3471/2006, as in force, as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, related to the protection of personal data.

- Right to know about your personal data: upon your request, we will provide you information about the personal data we maintain about you.
- Right to correct and complete your personal data: If you notify us, we shall correct any inaccurate personal data that relate to you. If you notify us, we shall fill in incomplete data, provided that these data are necessary for the purposes of processing your data.
- Right to delete your personal data: upon your request, we will delete the personal data we maintain about you. Who we share data with
Leisure Yachts does not share or transmit personal data to third parties, unless this is required for legitimate professional purposes and business needs, in order to meet your requests or / and if this is required or permitted by law. In any case, the access to your personal data is allowed only to authorized persons that are required to have access on a need to know basis in order to be able to complete the purposes of the collection, the use and the processing of them, as this disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
In some cases, Leisure Yachts may share your personal data with various companies or service providers who collaborate with us, in order to respond to your requests, or to natural or legal persons that are assigned with the process implementation, such as service providers (e.g. IT provider, analytics companies, and E-Newsletters services), operational partners (e.g. fleet operators, charter brokers, yacht owners, yacht crews, charter-base operators), other suppliers (for as long as they are required to provide you services or goods ordered through us) and competent authorities but the amount of your information shared will at all times be limited to the minimum required for the purpose it is intended to serve, always taking under consideration the nature and sensitivity of personal data.
